Here's how and why...

VACUUM

Our first step is to thoroughly vacuum your carpets (not everyone does this).  This helps create a primary defense against wear and poor appearance of the carpet.

PRE-SPRAY

We then apply a pre-spray treatment, which begins to loosen soil and allows the detergent the time it needs to be effective.

SCRUB

Then we move on to the next step...scrub.  This creates agitation which is necessary to loosen ground soil from the pre-spray application and to work on those tough stains and traffic areas.

EXTRACTION

Next we apply our neutralizing cleaner which flushes and pulls the dirt out of the carpet.  This is essential for the carpet to be clean and to not have any dirt re-appear.

GROOM

Our final step is to groom your carpets.  This lifts the water out of the carpets for faster drying time and improves the over-all appearance.
